Additional service

There may be times when you want to talk between our scheduled sessions to share a success, work through a challenge, or bounce ideas around.  I look forward to providing this additional level of service, and I encourage you to stay in touch. Email offers an excellent way for us to communicate, or you may call me.

I will always reply to your email requests within two business days, except when I am out of town, or during holidays.  I generally talk with my clients starting at the top of each hour. Most calls are 45 minutes long, and the best time to reach me by phone is during this 15-minute window.  I do not charge for additional time; however, I ask that you please keep the extra calls between 5-10 minutes.
